China Tour

It was school holidays, so I took the opportunity honeymooning in China touring Hang Zhou, Suzhou, Wu Xi, Nanjing and Shanghai. We used bus from Miri to Brunei and stayed a night there before departing for Shanghai. Upon reaching Shanghai Airport, the whole journey China Tour guide, Mr Soup (小汤) took us in a bus direct to Hangzhou.

This is the bus that we used throughout the whole journey but it was rather stuffy and hot despite with air-cond, otherwise the roads in China are very much smoother and better than West Malaysia with many flyovers. I found out that Chinese are better in making good sustainable roads cos I did not come across any pothole throughout my tour.

This is our bus driver "Xiao Zhang" and in China, we need to call him Shi Fu. Driving in China is not easy as one needs skill cos even the traffic light turn red, u still can zoom at your speed and espcially when u need to turn from one side of the road to the opposite side. There were 30 of us inclusive of the two tour guides.

A stopover for public convenience and everyone of us was ushered with Hangzhou unwrapped rice dumpling (our 1st free makan, but I think we pay for it as inclusive in the package tour , no that free lunch in the world) and I think I make better than them though wrapping up is always a problem for me.

While in Hangzhou, we were taken to Xi Tang(西塘) and were entertained with life shows. I took some photos, and before we proceeded for the late dinners, we walked along the lake of Xi Tang called "Xi Hu"(. Here there are lots of legendary of the great heros for instance like Legend of white snake 白蛇传 (correct my pinyin if wrong.) Below are photos of the great heros lived in this area of the ancient time.

to be continued... wifi line very slow..... I could not get into my blog to write though all the hotels I lived were equiped with free internet services cos the Chinese Government did not allow any bloggers outside China, and could not access to Youtube, facebook etc.
