Empurau

This Empurau or the "忘不了" cost RM5000/- and I am blessed that I could taste it when my brother in-law bought it n shared it with me. It is the most expensive fish found in Malaysia cos now it is said to be of extinct in the country. Much to my knowledge, this fish lives in swift, clear, rocky-bottomed streams, in the upland zone of a river system. It usually feed on fruits and found in most of the upper major Sarawak rivers such as Rajang, Baram, Limbang and Batang Ai.
