I love baking and cooking but felt uneasy when I do not have an oven here. I would not spend more getting a new oven as I will be moving back. Last Tuesday, I just gathered whatever I could to make a cake for my Cell Group friends. No proper measurement needed. I just called "my chocolate cake" without baking and very crunchy with different nuts and other ingredients added. O Catherine, I am so honoured with u asking for the receipe but I do not have any as it is my own creation. I always change a given receipe to a different taste of my own. I think I have a simple one quite the same as this but left it at home. I will email u then or will put here in the blog. Let me go to search out first.
