Beware of Burundanga Namecards
Here another piece of info sound much fabricated but just be alerted and take it seriously. It had happened many times in our nation .......the culprits used it via a polite mean of providing services to you and hand out a namecard to you. When you get contact with the card you are his victim the next minutes. It was a substance on the card that could make one out of breadth.
This drug is called 'BURUNDANGA'and it is used by people who wish to incapacitate a victim in order to steal from or take advantage of them.
This drug is four times more dangerous than the date rape drug and is transferable on simple cards.
So take heed and make sure you don't accept cards at any given time alone or from someone on the streets. This applies to those making house calls and slipping you a card when they offer their services .
So beware while alone at certain car parks, petrol stations or alone at the office when someone calling you and never touch the namecard dispatching to you.

Migraine
If u r also a migraineur like me, oopsh damn the enduring of the searing pain. Normally it start off with not "just a headache," but the severe and often disabling head pain, usually located on one side of the head, often accompanied by nausea, light and noise sensitivity, and other symptoms which can be so debilitating, and the pain so explosive.
I had it twice this month and the only ways to clobber the migraine are to drink more water n let myself vomit out whatever I can. Then get myself some warm water. If my hubby around, he normally pulled the correct meridian points on my shoulders n sometimes it could really do the tricks which he learned from his late brother who was a Chinese "sinsen".
It would be good to know what triggered the cause. Like me, I knew it always that I could not stand the heat of the weather n body dehydration which added to body stress. When afflicted, I always go for a sleep in air-conditioned room. The pain will just disappear without trace. Another cause of migraine is none other than food triggers. I am allergic to prawn, chocolate, laksa and cos too sweet or too salty which trigger my headache. So I am quite endurance to such margine when afflicted me in just a short span of time.

Inspiring - just another soft reminder

My mother used to ask me: "What is the most important part of the body?"
Through the years I would take a guess at what I thought was the correct answer. When I was younger, I thought sound was very important to us as humans, so I said, "My ears, Mommy."
Mother said, "No Many people are deaf. But you keep thinking about it and I will ask you again soon."
Several years passed before she asked me again. Since making my first attempt, I had contemplated the correct answer. So this time I told her, "Mommy, sight is very important to everybody, so it must be our eyes." Mother looked at me and told me, "You are learning fast, but the answer is not correct because there are many people who are blind."
Stumped again, I continued my quest for knowledge. Over the years, Mother asked me a couple more times and always her answer was, "No, but you are getting smarter every year, my child."
Then last year, my grandpa died. Everybody was hurt. Everybody was crying. Even my father cried. I remember that especially because it was only the second time I saw him cry. My Mom looked at me when it was our turn to say our final good-bye to Grandpa.
Mother asked me, "Do you know the most important body part yet, my dear?"
I was shocked when she asked me this now. I always thought this was a game between her and me. Mother saw the confusion on my face and told me, "This question is very important. It shows that you have really lived in your life. For every body part you gave me in the past, I have told you was wrong and I have given you an example why. But today is the day you need to learn this important lesson."
Mother looked down at me as only a mother can. I saw her eyes well up with tears. Mother said, "My dear, the most important body part is your shoulder."
I asked, "Is it because it holds up my head?"
Mother replied, "No, it is because it can hold the head of a friend or a loved one when they cry. Everybody needs a shoulder to cry on sometime in life, my dear. I only hope that you have enough love and friends that you will always have a shoulder to cry on when you need it."
Then and there I knew the most important body part is not a selfish one. It is sympathetic to the pain of others. People will forget what you said... People will forget what you did..... But people will NEVER forget how you made them feel.
True or not, the story makes you stop and think. Be blessed. Be a blessing. Get your shoulder ready. I do need a shoulder to lean on when feeling to destress out....hehehe.....

Whose side Jesus is on?
Sometimes, when one sees u as a weird for the fact that u r always a controversial issue to them, u might felt the world is upside down or feeling a periodic bout of desertion among all living souls on earth; especially if u r currently involved with any legal matter or family struggle. Moreover if u r a Christian, u r prompt to ask yourself "Is God ,your mighty creator on your side" or espcially your adversaries not a beliver of Christ,"Is God on their side". This pertinient question is always in mind and including myself. Thus a person might become a desspressive personality.
Today I came accross the following passage from my research work which I normally did while feeling deserted with sadness and sorrow.
Is Jesus on your side, fellow believer? Or is He on the side of those who oppose you and other believers? I am guessing most Christians feel as though Jesus is on their side. Surely He would not be on the side of an enemy who embraces injustice or iniquity, right? What I am about to say may sound like I am splitting hairs, but it isn’t: Jesus isn’t on your side… and He isn’t on their side either! Please read the passage below:
“When Joshua was by Jericho, he lifted up his eyes and looked, and behold, a man was standing before him with his drawn sword in his hand. And Joshua went to him and said to him, “Are you for us, or for our adversaries?” And he said, “No; but I am the commander of the army of the Lord. Now I have come.” And Joshua fell on his face to the earth and worshiped and said to him, “What does my lord say to his servant?” – Joshua 5:13-14
If u r an understanding type of guy, u will understand that Joshua, being chosen people of God, God did not stand on his side either. Instead, God makes Joshua a stronger people to go forth. It clearly stated that God is on His own side, period.
Those who dare to rebel and make themselves His enemies are destined for destruction. Those of us who have been purchased by His blood don’t have Him on our side… instead, we have been brought onto His side! It is crucial we understand this and humbly accept the fact that we are not the focal point of our Lord’s actions throughout the Earth. We are His subjects, and as such you & I are on His side (if we truly are His redeemed) for the remainder of eternity. But do not for one second think that our Lord is behind you in your struggles! If He is behind you, then the term “Lord” can hardly be used, can it? We must always be behind Him as we follow and submit to those things that He, in His wisdom and love, has allowed to enter our lives (even the bitter struggles). Fight on, Christian soldier! Not because you have the strength of your Lord behind you, but because He has redeemed you, gone before you and calls you unto Himself while at the same time accompanying you along the way! Thus makes us a stronger person in Christ despite off all adversaries.

I have blogged on 13th January about "Birds have feelings" and here is another one of its kind. This couple is sobering over the lost of the unhatched eggs. I have the passion observing birds and been watching this couple for several months. They built the nest just above the ceiling of the balcony adjacent to the master bedroom where I used to dry my clothes every morining, so that how I am able to meet this couple every day.

A frightening moment
These few days of the continual downpour really make me worried and a qualm of fearful feeling always stay intact. From my neighbor deliberate speech, she told me the monitor lizard ( the four legged reptile which always comes out during the wet season looking for food ) was in my compound a month ago.
I still remembered vividly that 2 days before the 15th day January 2007of the Chinese lunar calendar, while mopping the downstairs floor, I heard a peculiar noise from the kitchen. So I went to search around to see where did the noise come but to no avail. While I continued my chores, that strange noise came just from the piano, an eerie feeling of an invisible intruder might like to play on the piano. A frisson feeling of frightening thought of the monitor lizard which appeared in front of me gave me all the strength my legs could carry to go upstairs to my boys’ rooms for help. Luckily, they were all at home while still in their sweet slumber land. They all thought mummy might be suffering in the bout of insanity. Only then the slithering noise it came from the staircase did they understand why I screamed for help. When Daddy came home for lunch, he tried to search and ended up the thought that it had gone away and no mention of it then.
Just two day that following evening, was the “Chap Goh May” after the dinner out, we were again invited by the neighbor to join them. ( only meant to have wine section with them ) As I went upstairs to my bedroom and straight to the dressing room ( luckily had not taken off my cloth ) I switched on the toilet light which is adjacent to the dressing room, thinking to brush my teeth, that slithering creature came into sight near to the bathtub. One could imagine how I felt at that moment. Really, without hesitation I closed the door of the dressing room before I ran out of the bedroom screaming and speechless when Daddy caught hold of me. Rather a bit so disappointed only to hear him said I was only hallucinated by the reptile. But all the boys were there to support me. We were all set on the battle field and found the reptile hiding behind the luggage’s rack. We all took turn to hit it to our heart content but eeeee…. the bloodstain and the stinking smell from the blood made me vomit.
My neighbor even sarcastically uttered that they would cook me a bowl of the reptile soup when they came to collect it. Already, I have the phobic of it sight and could not sleep for several days, and I wondered how it came into my bedroom. The only thing I observed that the reptile habitual movement always turned right way. Hope the spouse of the reptile that my neighbor deliberately quoted will not come for revenge this round.

CAR - AIR-COND - ALERT
Do not turn on A/C immediately as soon as you enter the car! This is a detailed piece with pictures showing the car air-cond emitting Benzene. (March 22nd article please refers)
Please open the windows after you enter your car and do not turn ON the
air-conditioning immediately. According to a research done, the car dashboard,
sofa, air freshener emits Benzene, a Cancer causing toxin (carcinogen- take note
of the heated plastic smell in your car). In addition to causing cancer, it poisons
your bones, causes anemia, and reduces white blood cells. Prolonged exposure
will cause Leukemia, increasing the risk of cancer may also cause miscarriage.
Acceptable Benzene level indoors is 50 mg per sq. ft. A car parked indoors with
the windows closed will contain 400-800 mg of Benzene. If parked outdoors
under the sun at a temperature above 60 degrees F, the Benzene level goes up
to 2000-4000 mg, 40 times the acceptable level... & the people inside the car will
inevitably inhale an excess amount of the toxins.
It is recommended that you open the windows and door to give time for

Dangers of Car Air-conditioning
Few days back, as I was parking my car near the Telecoms office, besides me parked a car with the engine on. Curiously, I peeped to see and found 3 little children inside without any adult. After half an hour out from the Telecoms office, the car with the kids was still there and found no trace of the parents. I tried to look at them and found the kids with sweat and uneasy on themselves. One of them started to bite whatever he got hold of. I almost wanted to report to the police and just thought might be the parents are busy or whatsoever......and did not give them more trouble la ...... and walked off.... I wonder what kind of the parents are such to leave the kids (eldest barely about 6 years of age) in the public for that span of time under the hot sun....
and under such condition with the car engine and air-cond on. This prompted me to think of the email which I received and would like to paste here in the blog for readers to read.
No wonder more folks are dying from cancer than ever before. We wonder where this stuff comes from but here is an example that explains a lot of the cancer causing incidents. Hmmm. Many people are in their cars first thing in the morning and the last thing at night, 7 days a week. As I read this, it makes me feel guilty and ill. Please pass this on to as many people as possible. Guess its not too late to make some changes

Please do NOT turn on A/C as soon as you enter the car.
Open the windows after you enter your car and turn ON the AC after a couple of minutes.
Here's why:
According to a research, the car dashboard, sofa, air freshener emit Benzene, a Cancer causing toxin
(carcinogen - take time to observe the smell of heated plastic in your car).
In addition to causing cancer, Benzene poisons your bones, causes anemia and reduces white blood cells.

The Year 2012
This morning when I sent my boy to school, the downpour was extraordinary heavy, not to mention the flashes of lightning, extremely loud thunder. The visibility was merely a hundred meters away. Everyone was on slow pace and hardly could drive at 40km per hour. Imagine, it was in the city. Some areas, the stagnant water level could be more than six inches high. When a careless driver passed by me, I could only see blind spot. What a poor drainage system in this city?
The gushing of rain water from the hilly area resembled Negara Waterfall between Canada and Buffalo in America. When arrived at home, the growling guest of the winds made the doors and the windows slammed, with the clothes which I dried on the clotheslines looked like the coming of the invincible intruders visiting me. ( Imagine what I wanna describe? )Ooh!
Suddenly, it prompted me to think of the significance year 2012.Yet many of you might have gone through the year 2012. Eh, from the movie I think but me haven't. Scientists concluded of the alignment of all planets in the universe, the last final year as written in the Mayan Calenders, religious and cultural beliefs, and so forth.....Hence, the end of the world. What should you do?
Resign from your present job, sell of all your properties, cancel or frozen all your investments, get all your children who are studying overseas to come back to join you, use up all your savings to the fullest, go dinning in the best restaurants, and ......... etc, whatever u can mention.
Even though God did not reveal anytime of His coming, but He did say of His coming like a thief at night. For me, I have faith in Him. Remember (Hebrews 11:6)"But without faith it is impossible to please him:for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and he is the rewarder of them who seek him diligently."
And I do not follow the trend of the world humanism like James pointed out : (James 1: 23-24 ) For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in the mirror: For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was."

Birds also have feelings
He was too shocked hearing a shooting sound of the gun, and could not find his partner, looking for her in desperation.
Knowingly she could not fly, he brought food for her.
The next day, after usual routine to find food for her, he was too shocked to find her died.
He cried with adoring love and with sorrow for the lost.
He was too saddened of her dead.
What can he do? He could only stand beside her to pray.
The moral implication on these photos is "Love your partner" for we never know what is going to happen tomorrow. Remember Time is precious on earth, too short to say and we own it to God.

Malaysian Cabbies
Each time when I landed in KL, I got a fear using the cabbies. They will always tell u a reason why they need to jack up extra fare , for this or for that. Now I am more clever and with the help of Google map , I do my homework and able to locate where I wanted to go. Instead, I used the cheapest mean of transport, either by bus or by the LRT. I won't be cheated and have my own time to enjoy the scenery of the routes the bus goes. They got to learn from the Japanese taxi drivers.
The first time while I was in Japan, I called a cab from the taxi station to my hotel. Because of the language barrier, we could only communicate in hand & body gesture expressing my needs. The taxi driver took me to the wrong hotel despite I shown him the pamphlet of the Hotel. To my amazement, not only he admitted his mistake, he even returned to me all the money I paid and he started his meter reading from that wrong hotel to the correct hotel as written in Chinese by me.

Mirrors in changing rooms & toilets
This is yet another piece of info emailed to me by a friend and I just want to keep it in my blog.
Beware of Mirrors in Hotels or shopping malls!
...Because you never know!
How to determine if a mirror are 2 way or not (Not a Joke!) Not to
scare you, but to make you aware. A policewoman who travels all over
the US and gives seminars and techniques for businesswomen passed
this on.
HOW TO DETECT A 2-WAY MIRROR :
When we visit toilets, bathrooms, hotel rooms, changing rooms, etc.
How many of you know for sure that the seemingly ordinary mirror
hanging on the wall is a real mirror, or actually a 2-way mirror(i.e.,
they can see you, but you can't see them).
There have been many cases of people installing 2-way mirrors in
female changing rooms. It is very difficult to positively identify the
surface by just looking at it.
So, how do we determine with any amount of certainty what type of
mirror we are looking at? Just conduct this simple test:
Place the tip of your fingernail against the reflective surface and if
there is a GAP between your fingernail and the image of the nail, then
it is a GENUINE mirror.
However, if your fingernail DIRECTLY TOUCHES the image of your nail,
then BEWARE, FOR IT IS A 2-WAY MIRROR!
So remember, every time you see a mirror, do the 'fingernail test.' It
doesn't cost you anything. It is simple to do, and it might save you
from getting 'visually raped'!
This is a really good thing to do. The reason there is a gap on a real
mirror, is because the silver is on the back of the mirror UNDER the
glass. As a two-way mirror, the silver is on the surface. Keep it in
mind!
